Ate at Cabo Wabo Cantina and hotel food at Holiday Inn Resort. Last night of vacation and after lunch at Cabo Wabo, had severe stomach spasms followed by bouts of diarrhea. That was two days ago. Home and still can’t eat without running to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

My wife and i shared the Filet mignon at 8 pm on Jan 2 2018. This was the only item that nobody else at the table shared. All 4 other patrons were all right. We started having symptoms at 7 am Jan 3, which lasted 3 hours. We stayed in bed the rest of the day at our hotel.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
