疑似食物中毒。症状：腹泻、恶心、呕吐、发烧、发冷
疑似来源：含煎蛋卷、蘑菇、鸡肉、蔬菜的无麸质餐
发作：4 到 12 小时
时长：几天
其他信息：无麸质餐，包括蘑菇、煎蛋卷、煎蛋卷、鸡肉、蔬菜。我到达 8 小时后，呕吐，发烧了 2 天，没什么可吃的，所以肯定是在飞机上。

我和我丈夫在曼谷的三个不同的机场贵宾室吃过饭，我们上了飞往东京的航班，降落后我们出现了暴力、腹泻和呕吐。我坚信这种食物中毒是由于在三个机场贵宾室之一吃东西造成的。法航荷航和 F 大厅、E 大厅的阿曼、A 大厅的奇迹头等舱休息室我们不确定它来自哪一个，但我可以告诉你，我再也不会在机场贵宾室吃东西了

He ate a takeaway croissant with ham and cheese but that was only at 10am this morning which is too soon for poisoning isn’t it??

I ate at the Burger king in Bangkok airport before getting my flight. I was violently sick on the plane, the airport where I arrived to and in the taxi on the way home. It was absolutely dreadful. I then got a terrible fever and have been unable to eat properly for days now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
