我订购了两个牛排三明治和一个萨拉特。我吃了一块牛排，不到一个小时我就快要死了。我的胃受伤了几个小时，我感觉像呕吐，甚至无法集中精力。我病得很重。这将是我最后一次订购。我用谷歌搜索 “胃痛 Panera” 然后找到了这个网站。如果我有保险，我会去急诊室

Went to Darien lake yesterday 8.29.2016. Bought a water bottle and with ice cubes from that stand across from popcorn popper ride. The ice cubes tasted funny. Luckily my bf only drink the plain water bottled. I'm still feeling sick and might go visit the doctor if this doesn't go away!  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
