我今天（2018 年 2 月 24 日 15:35 到 16:18 之间）在肯德基的礼拜上吃了饭，这是我一天中唯一的一顿饭。不久之后，我感到不舒服，不得不强迫自己在回家的路上不要呕吐。我一回到家，就开始呕吐，发烧了，胃痉挛非常严重

我几乎可以肯定肯德基是错误的，因为我收到食物时肯定不新鲜。我没法看完。

Went to McDonald's yesterday afternoon with my mum and 7yr old son - we had two cheeseburgers and to medium fries. Me and my mum had the burgers, within 2-3hrs we both started feeling sick. Come the evening we were both up all night vomiting, diarrhoea, fever, shivers etc  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Had a grilled chicken wrap with chips at about half 12 and then 2 hours later I had to pull up on the side of the road and the mayhem started, haven’t stopped being sick all day  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My partner and I went for lunch at ikea Southampton, we chose to have meatballs with gravy and sweet potatoe fries. Directly after my partner said he felt sick, we went for a walk and around 3 hours later he began to vomit. Having only eaten that it cannot have been anything else.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
