昨天下午 12 点 30 分左右我吃了麦当劳，然后在下午 5 点左右我开始胃痛，然后呕吐是在晚上 7 点 40 分左右发生的，现在是第二天上午 11 点 13 分，我还在呕吐，现在可以逃跑了  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

Got really sick for a whole week after having a burger at Broadway Market in London. It's a great place to visit, I would just be very careful with the food there, especially meat. My friend had something without meat and didn't get sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
