Collected food at 11:45 and ate when I got home. Early on the next morning I started throwing up which continued all day.
Without a doubt was KFC, ate the same as family all day other then that. The burgers were dry and didn't seem to be good quality.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had a meal at Nando's at 9pm last night - a lemon and herb chicken pitta (plain, no veg/salad etc) with chips and mash. The food was fine when I ate it but now I'm SO sick. I feel like I can't move from the toilet but I have a 4 month old baby to take care of so it's not that simple...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

昨天晚上 7 点左右我带了一个 6 英寸的金枪鱼和双奶酪。昨天恰好是一年中最热的日子之一，地铁店里面非常温暖。我假设在温暖的天气里，金枪鱼整天都被遗漏在浴缸里，它的味道不是最好的，而且很草率，但我只是认为它们放了太多蛋黄酱或者其他东西。晚上 11 点左右，我开始感到非常恶心，然后大约凌晨 4 点开始出现腹部痉挛和腹泻。从那以后，我经常抽筋/感觉不适/腹泻，还有发烧，感觉非常虚弱等。我通过电话与医生通话，她确认这是食物中毒。

Brought two big Mac meals first myself and daughter. At about 7.39. Both became I'll. First feeling sick with hit sweats. Then vomiting and diiarriha at 2.30 am Feeling very unwell  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
