我星期二下午开始生病，星期三早上开始呕吐/腹泻/腹部抽筋。呕吐和腹泻持续了两天。恶心和食欲不振仍在继续。星期二我吃了炸玉米饼的炸玉米饼，所以一定太疯狂了，我可以假设我的食物煮得不好。

I ate a pico guacamole meal al 3.00 pm, and after a few hours I started vomit and feel pain in my stomach. Now it's 6 hours that my stomach is refusing any kind of food or beverage, I throw up immediately after consuming.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
