我在 La Crescenta 吃了来自珠穆朗玛峰的鸡肉塞萨尔沙拉之后，我得到了这种可怕的胃痛。

我没吃完沙拉，因为它尝起来很有趣，而且会立即感到胃痛。我把疼痛睡了 2 个小时才醒来胃肿和更严重的疼痛。我设法把所有的沙拉都吐出来了，我现在感觉很不舒服。

After having four Jack-in-the-Box tacos, I went to bed that night woke up in the middle of the night and started throwing up all the undigested tacos. I can't believe I did this to myself again by going to Jack-in-the-Box, because this was not the first Time  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我点了一个没有泡菜的奶酪的双四分之一磅重磅炸弹，肉首先味道很奇怪我以为它不是一直煮熟的，也许那就是我在品尝的，然后我半夜醒来时胸部和胃部疼痛，我无法从地板上站起来最后扔掉把食物拿起来然后打嗝然后扔掉肉
