Sante Fe chick'N sandwich. 7/25/16. Ate the sandwich. Starting feeling ill about 45 mins to an hour later maybe? Sever stomach ache, no puking, yes bathroom time. Two days later symptoms still coming and going  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Traditional Wings, medium, Fries, Salad... Vinegarette. At 6:30 am I was woken up with the need to vomit... I vomited 4 or 5 times and since then it's been diaherrea and cramping. In pain now... Started yesterday morning, 5/23. Ate there on 5/22. It was my only meal of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Wife ate a salad with chicken at around 8 pm Tuesday evening... It's 12:37 and she is puking up her guts . I have kept the family away from chipotle ( which we love ) since the E. coli outbreaks have hit the news . Well she went on her own tonight . Guess she'll listen to me next time !  | 症状: 呕吐

2016 年 2 月 11 日晚上 9 点 32 分左右，我在旁边购买了中等大小的巨无霸餐，旁边有一个 M&M Mcflurry。大约一个小时后，我的胃开始变得非常痛苦。感觉就像被挤压和刺伤一样，我也变得非常头晕和恶心。我的胃也非常大声地咆哮，接下来的 30 分钟疼痛持续了。我在晚上 11 点左右睡着了，在凌晨 12 点 30 分左右醒来，因为更多的痛苦。我躺在床上 curl 缩成一个球直到痛苦的最后一击，我不得不去洗手间。我以为我需要腹泻，但后来我感觉到另一种症状。我不得不吐出来。当我吐出来的时候甚至不到一分钟后我的腹泻就出来了。我感觉头很轻，我继续有腹泻和恶心症状。我不认为这是麦当劳的好经历，而且我知道事实上我不会回去购买他们的食物。
