我今天在 2018 年 3 月 19 日下午 6 点左右吃了东西，我订购了无骨翅膀，回家一个小时后我感觉很恶心我有最难以忍受的胃痛我真的觉得自己快要昏倒了我感觉头晕现在我在洗手间里很棒 :(  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 胃痛, 头昏眼花

I ate the bowl like I always have but this time couple hours later I started getting this uncontrollable cough no mucus just cough next day my body was completely sore, I threw up consistently. Had a v high fever and just felt like death on my third day being sick. I feel like death it’s not a joke.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 凳子里的粘液

Ordered the 2 piece combo for dinner January 7th 2018. Came home and ate it around 8 pm. While eating the chicken I thought it tasted not fresh. As if they reheated it. But then thought i was just being paranoid. Sure enough 6 in the morning I got  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate at the busy chic fil a on day street in Moreno Valley California and I have been vomiting for the last 9 hours. We ordered and our food came out immediately which makes me think they had it just sitting there or they didn’t cook it right.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
