像往常一样订购了辛辣的杰克奶酪玉米饼和草莓柠檬援助，但这次几乎立刻就出现了胃痉挛。这种情况持续了 24 个多小时，变成恶心、腹泻、虚弱和头晕。我终于感觉好一点了。我的女儿护士建议可能是草莓被遗漏太久并且滋生了细菌。（可能是李斯特菌？）
