订购了橙色鸡肉碗，加上炒饭和鸡蛋卷。于 18 年 8 月 28 日下午 23 时 30 分食用，发烧为 100.5，当天下午 4 点之前发冷，肌肉酸痛、关节疼痛和恶心。那夜发烧高达 102 华氏度，到午夜，我有腹痛/痉挛、恶心、发烧、水性腹泻和发冷。发烧在 04/29/18 上午 6 点爆发。继续出现恶心、胃痛/抽筋和腹泻（不太频繁）。
