鬼胡椒块。它们不是辣，但现在却辣了。不过不只是味道；吃了一包新鲜的和改进的新块之后（现在两次得到相同的结果），我的胃痛非常严重，随后同时出现便秘和腹泻，瓷宝座上出现了严重的冷汗。我喜欢这种新口味，但副作用已被证明是杀手。再也不会得到辣块了，我只是把它们浸入辣酱中。（澄清一点，不是辛辣的味道造成的，我是一位资深的寻热者，我一生中从未有过吃香料这样可怕的经历）

I went to McDonald's got some hot and spicies the mayonnaise on the sandwich was bad and I was sick the next day and that night. I also had this issue with the Brush Colorado McDonald's, although the brush McDonald's was understanding remade my sandwiches without mayo and then gave me mayo packets.  | 症状: 腹泻
