My 2 year old had the spaghetti with meat sauce from the kids menu and I had the whole wheat linguini with meat sauce. My son was throwing up as soon as we walked through the door of our home and I have had diarrhea and vomiting for the past 2 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
