我昨天吃了一顿 Nibblers 餐大约是在我的第一个吃了半个肚子掉下来并开始痉挛之后。这持续了大约两个小时，比我终于睡觉了大约两个小时。我醒来后感觉需要扔掉，比我妈妈告诉我她已经被扔掉了（她吃了同样的饭）. 只是躺下加热而无法重返睡觉后，我终于在半夜睡着了，当我醒来的时候。我的喉咙背部很糟糕，我的左耳停下来，我觉得很轻的头。

we went to the buffet it wasn't very good some of the food tasted off but we knew once we got a plate we had to pay and were hungry so we ate both of us got sick within 1 hour of leaving the restaurant we were feeling symptoms  | 症状: 其他
