当天（9/19/21）购买了鲑鱼和芦笋。我应该知道鲑鱼是可疑的-尽管它没有难闻的气味，但质地已经脱落并且一直粘在我的锅里，这很不寻常。
晚饭后我立即开始被 blaoted，随着夜晚的进行，腹胀继续恶化，越来越痛苦。到晚上 10 点，我因腹胀和抽筋而感到疼痛。我的脸摸起来很热，身体也冻结了，但我没有发烧。我晚上多次吐了。但是从来没有生气或腹泻。
抽筋和腹胀在凌晨的某个时候消退了，尽管有点不安而且非常疲惫，但我感觉好多了。
我丈夫吃了我做过的同样的东西，经历了一些抽筋和不适，但幸运的是，我昨晚经历的事情没有什么比我昨晚经历的事情更好。

3 月 1 日星期一，我和我丈夫订购了 Veghead 披萨。我吃了两片，我丈夫没吃。这是中午左右。大约两个小时后，我的胃开始感觉很奇怪。晚上 10 点左右，我感到非常病，开始呕吐，同时还有腹泻。这一直持续到凌晨 2 点左右。第二天早上，我感觉好一点，但是所有呕吐都感到疼痛。为了防万一我做了 covid 测试。我的 covid 测试的结果是阴性的。我很确定那是披萨上的蔬菜。

The only thing I can think it would be from was the chicken I had yesterday afternoon by 8pm last night I was super nauseous and by 11 I couldn't keep anything down was achy running a fever and had diarrhea., Just me I ate about 3-3:30ish and was sick by 8ish still having some symptoms  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 恶心, 腹泻
