I went to McDonald’s late around 12-1 am March 2 to get somthing to eat before I went home I ordered a drink, fries,nuggets, and 2 fruit Parfaits I ate the food mom the drive home I didn’t eat the parfaits until I got in the house… 更多

Ate spicy chicken sandwich and fries. A part of the center of the chicken was rock hard. Just ate around it. Had diarrhea within an hour. Been in the bathroom for the past 3 hrs now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
