, Bought a Burrito Bowl 3/17/19 @ around 3:30 in the afternoon . Systems began in the middle of the 3/18/19 with diarrhea and continued to vomiting. Went to my PCP same day and was told not to eat and she gave me a prescription for the nausea.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

Had a chicken bowl, white rice, cheese, sour cream, veggies, lettuce and side tortilla.
Felt bad after 2 hours, weak, hazy, little fever.
