Ate the sandwich. Abdominal cramps started a few hours later. Vomiting soon followed, along with a fever. Lost 7.5% of my body weight in 2 days. On day 3 now, finally able to eat (and stand) again. What idiot didnt wash their hands?  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

上班前和我的祖父母和兄弟出去吃午饭。我度过了愉快的一天，吃了 Mac 和奶酪以及火鸡和苹果三明治后不久，我开始感到恶心。我在凌晨 1 点左右吃饭然后在 3 点左右去上班，然后开始因为头痛而感到非常疲倦。我开始上班了，恶心了 2 个小时后我全身呕吐了。他们把我送回家，剩下的一整晚我都没吃任何东西，幸运的是，只有一次我呕吐的地方，第二天才开始感觉好些。
