我在 2018 年 5 月 31 日下午 4 点半左右在那里吃过
我点了然后吃了 “烤嘉年华鸡”
那是我晚上唯一的一顿饭，大约晚上 9 点 15 分左右我开始感到拖拉、头晕、虚弱。在 1045-1100 点左右，我开始感到恶心。我开始呕吐后不久，直到凌晨 5 点才停止。它使我虚弱，脱水并且疲惫不堪。第二天我无法正确照顾妈妈 “我是她的主要照顾者，她患有血管性痴呆症”。我将采取法律行动。
