所以今天在 Panera Bread 的 Bayshore 购物中心，我订购了 Brocolli 和 Cheddar Soup，里面有面包和冰绿茶。每次我们去那里时，我总是点这种汤和饮料（味道像水）以及我的父母和兄弟，我们从来没有遇到过问题。今天我吃完之后我感觉很饱，我还没吃过多，也没饿。大约 10 分钟后，我开始感觉胃痛正常。然后大约 20 分钟后，这种感觉有了很大的进展，我开始用两只手握住肚子。当我终于回到家时，我的胃太难过了，我一生中从未经历过这样的胃痛。我去了洗手间，我在那里呆了将近一个小时，因为我得了腹泻。不要让任何人生气，但腹泻看起来也很奇怪，这绝对不正常。我终于走出洗手间感觉比以前好多了，但我还剩下一些胃痛。虽然我从来没有遇到过带面包的汤和冰绿茶的问题，但我绝对不会再吃汤了。
