I ate the salad for lunch, got diarhea within and hour. Woke up early the next morning sweating, nauseous and very lethargic. Have barely eaten in 3 days and still have bad diarhea and stomach ache.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Husband and I both ate at Chipotle on evening of 1/22. (Vegan burritos: safritas and veggie). We didn't leave the house for the following two days, so seems unlikely we were exposed to anything else. He became very ill in early hours of 1/25 (at which point… 更多
