蓝鹭服务广场。昨晚 8 点左右有一位着名的明星，用奶酪和薯条。我的男朋友有鸡招标，他感觉不错。早上 3 点 4 点左右我有过最糟糕的腹泻病例。现在是早上 7 点，我还感觉很糟糕。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻

11yr old male, ordered five piece hand breaded chicken nuggets, he consumed only two before he said they taste bad and did not finish the rest ( strange for him). Food was not shared with anyone else in the family.

Had Big Ham and Cheese and Jolly Rancher milkshake for lunch around 12 noon. Nothing else that day except bottled water. 1/2 way through milkshake slight nausea so stopped drinking milkshake. Two hours later, developed severe nausea and vomiting with abdominal cramping. This progressed to severe diarrhea… 更多
