我买了一只热烤肉店的柠檬鸡肉然后我把它带回家吃晚饭。吃了鸡肉一个小时后，我出现了痛苦的胃痉挛，还有腹泻、呕吐和潮热。我现在躺在床上生病了。我再也不会从沃尔玛买烤肉店的鸡肉了。  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

It's gvalue brand strawberry alarm cereal and got very ill twice, Made me very ill twice. Terrible pain,vomiting, diarrhea. Started almost immediately after eating the cereal. I think it was the strawberries  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

My brother ate a burger at Mc Donalds around lunch and at bedtime was extremely ill with vomiting so extreme he can barely speak today. This morning he went to the hospital and had several blood tests done. Tests confirmed salmonella.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
