我每天吃戴夫的杀手面包当早餐已经有几个月了。我的左侧开始剧烈疼痛，这种疼痛从一开始就变得更严重了。我停止吃面包了，疼痛也没有那么剧烈了。我还以为有玻璃碎片之类的东西，因为最后几块面包看起来不一样，感觉就像我在玻璃碎片上嘎吱作响。

I ate a double cheese burger and French fries it was at 2 p.m. On January 1st. I started getting nauseous around 9 p.m. that night. It started with vomiting and diarrhea. It lasted all through the night. It is the next day and I still have symptoms of diarrhea and nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
