晚上 7 点半左右我在高峰时段在 zaxbys 吃饭，排队很长。在我拿到食物之后，我可以看出这不像我平时在这个 zaxbys 地点吃的饭菜，味道很好，看起来好像已经坐在外面一样。当时很忙，所以我吃了它，假设它至少可以安全食用。我是一位健康的年轻女性，几个小时后我突然恶心了，开始因发烧和发冷而呕吐，最后是腹泻。我知道几乎肯定一定是 zaxbys 的食物，这太令人失望了，因为这是我最喜欢的快餐店

从纳什维尔的梅尔罗斯地点麦当劳获得了巨无霸。4 小时后我在吐。如果从晚上 11 点至凌晨 4 点呕吐，然后在接下来的两天里发烧，剧烈头痛和胃痉挛。第三天我今天早上还有轻微的发烧，我有水样腹泻，体积小，但它是间歇性的，不愉快。
