我吃了 Trader Joe 的葡萄酒乡鸡肉沙拉。2 小时后，我的肚子抽筋了，我开始感到非常恶心。很快我得了腹泻，然后是呕吐。我的身体从炎热和出汗到冰冻来回被鸡皮疙瘩覆盖。我的体温降到 96.6 度。有点身体疼痛，我一直感觉很虚弱。我喝的任何水都会立即变成腹泻或呕吐。我还有包装，所以我也会向交易员 Joe 报告

had a burger in the evening, woke up with severe diarrhea, 4 days later I'm still having stomach cramps, puking, and diarrhea. cannot keep anything down - probably gonna have to go get iv fluids soon  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Went to Truluck's for Valentine's Day. Shared the calamari appetizer (she ate most of it), split the surf and turf dinner and had chocolate cake for dessert. Drank Mumm Brut bubbly. My wife was up and down all night. I have had diarrhea this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I was the only one who ate the salad. And the only one to get sick. Symptoms of bloating and nausea began about 5 hrs after eating and I was vomiting with diarrhea shortly after through the entire night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀
