3/10/24 下午 5 点 45 分从 Waco 的 Loop340 McDonald's 吃了麦当劳双层芝士汉堡和薯条/一篮子薯条，几个小时后胃部抽筋很严重，太痛苦了！！随之而来的是深夜腹泻，一直从疼痛中醒来，第二天早上开始感到恶心，胃还在抽筋严重
我已经 @ 6 个月没吃过麦当劳的任何东西了，没吃过其他不合常态的东西
