11:30am Thursday June 14th.
Employee at the drive in window had an open cut on her hand only wrapped in a paper napkin. No bandage. Blood visible. Violation of State Health Regulations. Employees here are often visibly ill ( blowing noses etc.) and still serving food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
