我在星期六晚上 9 点左右吃过饭。我订购的鸡肉碗里有糙米、奶酪和 Tomatillo-Green Chili salsa。凌晨 3 点，我感到恶心、断断续续地呕吐，并且有爆炸性腹泻，直到 6 点我能够入睡。已经过去了将近 15 个小时，我还在卧床不起，身体疼痛和发冷。我的 Fiancã© 订购了同样的东西，但是用了不同的莎莎酱，他一直没事。我猜绿色莎莎是罪魁祸首。

Ate orange chicken bowl with fried rice at about 5pm yesterday. By 4am this morning I woke up totally sick. Throwing up, diarrhea, horrible fever. How is Panda Express even still open after this? Most everyone I know has gotten poisoned from here.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ordered a chicken bowl and started feeling ill an hour after eating it. I Had painful stomach cramps and uneasiness all night. Think they maybe undercooked the chicken or something. I had no problem with chipotle before but I feel more sick then ever. Experienced diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

boyfriend and I went to chipotle for dinner, I had a chicken quesadilla with guac and he had a chicken bowl with hot sauce and peppers around 8:30 pm. He wakes up suddenly 3:30 am and has been puking for almost 3 hours now. I just had normal post-chipotle diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
