About 45 minutes from eating the chicken strips, I vomited up most of the food. Then I had roughly diarrhea for 2 hours straight . After that I experienced uncontrollable body shake/spasms where I couldn’t even text for help if I needed it. Th diarrhea has continued… 更多

Carl's Jr, My mom got a char-broiled burger w/ lettuce in place of a bun, waffle fries, and a mocha shake, and I got chicken strips, fries, and froot loop donuts. We ate at 7:30pm and woke up at 6:45am both feeling ill.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 腹泻
