我订购了花椰菜皮 “自制” 披萨。上面是香蒜酱、肉类、奶酪和蔬菜。在吃完披萨后的 30 分钟内，我的胃感觉超级臃肿。我知道这不正常。我特别选择了这种无麸质外壳（就像我以前在这里所做的那样）。不到一个小时，我就在呕吐。我整晚都在起床，感觉很痛苦，恶心和呕吐。它一直持续到第二天。我变得虚弱而且非常脱水。然后我得了腹泻，这使我更加脱水。太可怕了！第三天我终于感觉好些了。他们从我的 #1 最喜欢的地方变成了我最不喜欢的 #1 地方。
