Friday Evening I ate Tour of Italy consisting of: breadsticks, tortellini alforno, lasagna classico, chicken alfredo, and chicken gnocchi soup. and salad.
Saturday Night I ate the same but instead of classico i ate chicken parmigiana. I had Dhiarrea immediately after i ate.

我吃了一点大蒜迷迭香鸡，还有一些鸡肉和面疙瘩汤。第一个小时我感觉有点古怪，但后来我得了可怕的偏头痛。一个小时后，我肚子疼了。晚上我发烧了，因此无法入睡，头部疼痛。我根本没怀疑这些食物。当我醒来时，我立刻得了腹泻。看起来还不错，所以我准备好上学了，吃了一些剩下的大蒜迷迭香鸡。又是腹泻了。得出结论说是因为食物中毒，我待在家里。前一天我唯一吃的食物是 Olive Garden 食物和谷物。不可能是谷物，因为在我们吃完之前我感觉还不错。可能不会回去了。

I ate chicken and gnocchi soup, salad and breadsticks about 1:00 PM and about 8:00 PM I started to feel sick. Around 11:00 PM I started vomiting and had diarrhea. This lasted for about 7 hours. The vomiting stopped around 6:00 AM by the diarrhea lasted for another day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
