Had a chocolate milkshake. Next day vomiting, diarrhea, terrible stomach cramps. This was the only food that was eaten that had any potential in food poisoning from daily diet.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

Family got take-out around 7:10pm on 3/25/19. Now we have intense vomiting.

We ordered a kids cheeseburger combo, a junior combo, and a #4 combo. Only 2 of us had a milkshake, so that doesn’t seem to be common factor.  | 症状: 呕吐
