昨晚 8 点 30 分左右，我从麦当劳那里吃了四分之一磅的饭。我收到汉堡时足够温暖可以吃，但是我注意到它有点干，反正我也不挑剔而且吃了，这是一个错误。在我上床睡觉之前的 10:30 左右，我太生气了。我在凌晨 2 点 30 分左右醒来，因为我患有腹泻，胃和下腹部疼痛不得不持续使用洗手间，而且每次使用洗手间都会受伤。整个晚上我都有下腹部疼痛，现在已经是早上 6 点了，我还必须使用洗手间。

Had a 6 piece mcnugget and a quarter pounder bout 1030am. 1030pm that night fever sweating vomiting diahrea. Its been 4 days im still sick as a dog. Lost 15 lbs.

Had a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a few hours later my stomach hurt so bad, started to run a fever, was puking, diarrhea... It was so bad I missed work and was sick for almost 2 days. Never eating McDonald's again  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
