I had the Chicken Soba Noodle Salad on Wednesday, February 24 and immediately my stomach hurt. A few hours later I started with the diarrhea and then by the next day I was vomitting along with the diarrhea. I have had both symptoms for the past 2 days non-stop. My son ate a lot of the packaged Caesar salad. He is 2 and his tummy ached for several hours after eating and them threw up for 12 hours from midnight to noon. He didn't eat anything until 18 hours after the firat throw up. We had the salad again tonight and my husband ia now throwing up.  | 症状: 呕吐

About 2:30pm Sunday Feb 21. Had the tour Dr Italy ate salad, breadsticks, linguine and Alfredo and tortellini in white sauce. Did not eat lasagna. Within 30 minutes of leaving had diarrhea, committing, Nassau. What a lousy way to end a vacation  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
