我在 6 月 8 日拿到了大盒子，早上 12 点左右从睡眠中醒来，跑到洗手间，在接下来的 40 分钟里我呕吐。这个动作太猛烈了，当我呕吐进厕所时，我实际上是在被抬离地面。大约 20 分钟后，我最终坐在马桶上同时呕吐和排泄。之后我喝了很多水，但我仍然感到虚弱、脱水和恶心。我再也不会招待 Taco Bell 了。

I got a Mexican pizza, and usually this Taco Bell is good, but today the Mexican pizza just tasted awful, totally rancid. It was so bitter, like eating something doused in a chemical. I think it was the fried tortilla part, maybe it was old oil, not sure. I got very sick!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Last night my friend and I both ordered one Dorito Loco Taco. Immediately after consuming it our stomachs both began to hurt and we felt nauseous. My friend puked 2 times last night and 1 this morning. While I puked 3 times this morning and I have a lot of diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered 3 crunchy taco Supremes and the shell looked fine but tasted like there may have been a burnt shell in the cooker with them. About 4 hours later and throughout the next day, diarrhea diarrhea diarrhea. I will never go there again.  | 症状: 腹泻

17 年 5 月 27 日星期五，我在登上飞往阿拉斯加的航班大约 2 小时前吃了炸玉米饼沙拉。症状始于我的第一趟航班（飞往西雅图）的途中，包括极度头晕、恶心、diahrea 和虚弱。幸运的是，从西雅图到阿拉斯加的安克雷奇，大部分航班我都能睡觉。从周六到周二，我的 diahrea 不好，虚弱，恶心，嗜睡，无法离开我的房子。我什至错过了星期二的工作，因为我必须经常在洗手间附近。我今天（星期三）去上班时感觉真的很糟糕，但是谢天谢地亚开始放松... 或者我想的是。
