I ordered 2 taco supreme's and chicken quesadilla, husband had tacos but no lettuce or tomatoes so I am thinking it was from the lettuce or tomatoes cuz he didn't get sick. I have been throwing up, diarrhea, nausea since 3am and it is still going on at 9am.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate at a Del Taco and McDonald's and felt very uneasy after McDonald's. Did not go to sleep until about 5am because of severe stomach uneasiness. Finally pushed through and fell asleep. Woke back up at 7am to constant vomiting and diarrhea. Still has not quelled.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My 11 month old daughter and I got food poisoning Wednesday night December 7th. We both ate soft tacos from Taco Bell.
