van de Kamp 鱼片 10 pk 盒子冷冻了，吃了 4 个鱼片 @ 8 年 10 月 23 日下午 2:00 左右，到了同日下午 4:00/4:30 突然发作的腹泻... 2 剂 Imodium 没有效果... 晚上 11 点还出现症状... 产品已过期，内包装没有冰箱烧伤或冰晶的迹象... 但症状似乎与该产品直接相关（在此期间没有其他食用）

2017 年 7 月 31 日晚上 8 点左右，我在 vandecamp 买了一些鱼片，然后在晚餐时煮了它们，然后我生病了 2017 年 8 月 2 日我去医院是因为我病得很虚弱，然后告诉我我有食物中毒而且我吃的鱼生病了，所以我用尖峰食物报告我因鱼而生病了他们派了一位女士到我家去捡鱼，但我已经下班了 22 天了 pinnacles food 给我发了一封信，说他们对我生病不承担任何责任
