Was shopping at Walmart dec 23rd ...then had a big mac meal about 10:30 am...about 1am in the morning woke up with pains in my stomach diarrhea and vomit...5 pm Christmas eve still sick....
We did have supper that night ...but the other 4 in the family… 更多

今天早上我自己和妈妈很早就离开了家去圣诞节购物中心，今天早上我半点 7 至 8 点开车进入车道，我订购了 2 份香肠和鸡蛋松饼餐以及白咖啡
鸡蛋里面非常干燥，奶酪有些看起来干硬，就像它们被重新加热一样也许我不知道但是看起来和尝起来都干了我们都一样吃了今天下午 2 点左右，我的胃里开始出现严重的抽筋 3 小时我已经生病了 7 次！我妈妈也有同样的症状糟糕的抽筋和头痛感觉恶心我有腹泻发烧现在晚上 9 点仍然感觉很不适
我妈妈现在越来越糟，看到她也有食物中毒也不好！

I visited McDonalds on 23/12/2018 in the afternoon. I ordered a fish burger, and double cheeseburger and a portion of fries. Approximately one hour after eating my stomach began to rumble, and by 0400 hours on 24/12/2018 I was being violently sick.

I had a fry a strawberry milkshake and a burger ..in 30 minutes after eating ..I was getting the shakes ,cold sweats...could not stop vomiting..be careful when ordering ice creams /shakes/frappes because if they don't clean there machines frequently ...u can get poisoned literally ..  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

大概在 11 点吃了我点了 mcchicken 三明治大餐，几个小时后回到家之后没有其他东西可以吃，那天我开始感到胃痛，我一直在打，闻起来像烂鸡蛋，真恶心。我记得我对丈夫说过，这与他们平时的口感不同，它像往常一样柔软而不脆。我饿了，因为这是我的早餐，所以我吃了所有东西。不得不在下午 4 点 30 分上床睡觉胃痉挛我们变得越来越糟然后在我上厕所的那天晚上都因为严重的 diarreah 发烧和疾病而全都丢了。现在是星期天晚上 6 点 30 分，我还有 diarreah 和胃痉挛很急，我绝对不会再在那里使用了我感觉很糟糕，明天是圣诞节前夕，当你有小孩的时候不好
