2017 年 5 月 22 日星期一停下来买了一份带牧场的配菜沙拉和一份 10 块的掘金订单，22 日整晚感觉不舒服，胃部不适、发冷和发烧，23 日没有发烧但是晚了 3 天还有腹泻胃，没有真正的磷灰石，但知道我还需要吃东西。以为是沙拉再也不会了

Was in the drive through line. Wanted to change the order after arriving at the window. They made me come in to change it. I ended of eating it there, the double burger special with fires and drink. Starting feeling ill right after eating. I think the employees tampered with the meal.  | 症状: 呕吐
