昨晚 2018 年 8 月 15 日。我去了 Chick-fil-A @7:57:57 str #01139 order # 5020202 我今天早上 3 点订购了西南辣鸡肉沙拉草莓奶昔和桃子茶醒来时胃痛恶心冷热闪烁整个早上都在呕吐，腹泻发作严重，变红了。我不得不说我确实喜欢 Chick-fil-A 但是如果情况没有好转我就不会去那里了，必须去医院。

我做了正常的例行工作，在上班的路上感觉很棒，在 chickfila 停下来，得到了 4 个计数的迷你鸡肉。我在早上 6 点 45 分钟就在那里，也就是开门 15 分钟后。我得在 7 点 49 分上班，但感觉还不错。上午 9 点左右，我出现了巨大的热潮和腹痛，然后跑到洗手间呕吐然后出现腹泻。我离开了工作，回到家后我非常头晕，到处都是寒冷。我现在正在放下喝水，还没吃任何东西。我喜欢 chickfila，但是在失去了工作中急需的时间并经历了这种情况之后，我再也不会去那里了。

我的两个女儿在 2018 年 8 月 11 日下午 6 点左右在这里吃饭，他们两个都在凌晨 1 点至 3 点左右醒来，胃痛不好。两者都很恶心。一个女儿有一个鸡肉三明治，一个女儿有鸡肉条，那个有鸡肉三明治的女儿好一点，但是吃鸡肉条的那个女儿还病得很重。快要送她去医院了
