我在 7 月 14 日星期五吃了牛排卷饼，然后在 7 月 15 日星期六中午左右在弗吉尼亚州阿什本吃了牛排墨西哥玉米饼。整个周末周日晚上腹泻强烈的下腹痛持续到现在周二晚上发烧发冷睾丸和腹部区域的痛苦排尿运球几乎连续睡了 16 个小时，直到周二中午。

On Thursday July 13 around 1:30pm I order a salad, chicken, mild salsa and salad dressing . I took my food as takeout and ate it around 145 by 4 o'clock I was throwing up I had severe diarrhea 24 hours  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
