Had a burrito bowl for dinner. Didn’t feel well after so went straight to bed. Woke up with explosive diarrhea couldn’t go back to sleep. Was afraid that I was going to shit myself and now can’t go to work because I’ll s**t myself squatting into my car.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
