我去哥斯达黎加喝咖啡；我喝了一杯纯白咖啡，离开后我就觉得自己需要一个急救厕所；我根本无法指望自己，我不得不快速开车回家，直到差点撞毁，我觉得自己随时都在爆炸；我有几次腹泻非常糟糕；我呕吐了两次，我整天都在厕所和床上之间度过，我经常跑到厕所上厕所，我感觉很虚弱，剧烈的胃痛正在杀死我，我服用了一些止痛药，我喝了很多水，但我感觉很恶心；我什至无法站起来！！

I purchased a salmon sandwich from costa, when I ate the sandwich at work it did not taste right, I threw half of it away however the entire day I felt sick. When I came home I had the shivers, my legs and arms felt like they had been in a freezer and I vomited twice that night.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

Had a billionaire got chocolate in here yesterday afternoon. Instant vommitting and diahorea lasting well over 24hrs. Hallucinating. I have no idea what they put in that but I am seriously not well. Going to walk in centre.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
