我们两个人今天下午 3 点左右喝了冷饮。草莓奶昔和巧克力冰镇牛奶饮料。
两者都有严重的恶心和腹胀、腹痛和腹泻。也感到寒冷和发抖。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 腹胀, 胃痛

Visited costa coffee next door to United colours of Benetton on Allerton Road (there’s two) with my dad on 10/09/18. We both had Soya cappuccino’s which we both said at the time tased a bit different, as this is what we usually order at costa. We visited… 更多

I went to costa today, at approximately 2pm. Had a butternut squash wrap and a latte. My partner also got sick, he had a chicken wrap and a latte. Symptoms started about 8pm. Not sure if milk was off, or maybe the wrap. Unsatisfactory really.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
