I had a Blueberry muffin on Wednesday afternoon which was pretty old, dry and with a weird taste. On Thursday morning diarrhea, vomiting and stomach cramps starter, today it's Sunday and I keep having the symptoms and this pain all over my belly area. I visit A&E and my GP to confirm.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

On Wednesday I had a flat white and a mozzarella and tomato panini for lunch. That afternoon I had severe stomach cramps. Then during the night I had diarrhea and was vomiting. It is now Friday and I am still suffering from these symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

On Tuesday I had a Belgian chocolate creamy cooler and by that evening I started feeling neusiated and I also had a fever. It is now Friday and I’ve had symptoms of diarrhoea nausea and almost vomiting. Very unsatisfied I will not be going back.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I had a flat white with coconut milk on the 24.03.19 around 10.30am. About 10 minutes after finishing the drink I had stomach cramps and had to run to the toilet. This continued for the rest of the day and into the next day 25.03.19 (Today) I feel awful!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋

Tuna and cheese melt from Costa coffee on 15/3/19 gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Was laid up for 36 hours and have physical damage to a tract in my stomach from the strain of vomiting violently for so long. I'm never eating in any Costa again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
