I took the Emirates flight EK569 (BLR -> DXB) followed by EK225 (DXB -> SFO) and I ate vegetarian food that was provided in the economy class. In 24hrs after I checked-in to the hotel, I started having loose stools and diarrhoea  | 症状: 腹泻
