4/10/2019 ate McDonald’s around 9pm with my two toddlers. They had happy meals a chicken nugget, and cheeseburger meal. And I had 2 McChickens the next day I woke up feeling horrible and tired. Couldn’t do much and lost my appetite. Stayed sick for 3 or 4 days  | 症状: 腹泻

Ordered 2 quarter pounders. 3-4 hours later stomach began hurting real bad. Ran to the bathroom had diarrhea real bad and then proceeded to vomit multiple times . Had diarrhea, a fever, and threw up multiple times during the night and next morning. Still feel sick writing… 更多

McDonald's had a sale of 2 for $4 fish sandwich also got fries. My stomach was upset and 2:30 in the morning had the worst case of diarrhea. Also another episode around 3:00. Stomach now still a little upset no diarrhea yet. Wondering if any one else  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 腹泻

I was eating McDonalds and then 2 hours later I felt sick ? and I went to see the doctor? and they said I had food ? poising and asked ❓ me what I at and then they said you will fell different kinds of symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
