I ate a double cheese burger here yesterday. An hour later I started having horrible pains then nausea. Here I am now over night with diarrhea and vomiting. Doctor confirmed that I have food poisoning. It's hard because I'm taking care of my 5 kids alone.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

今晚 6 点我唯一吃的东西是一个 10 块鸡块和这里的一个小鱼苗。今晚午夜，我醒来时刺伤了我的胃里难以忍受的疼痛，呕吐，大气，爆炸性腹泻，我现在正在撒纯净水的地方，还有更多的腹痛！！！有人在这个地方处理食物之前没有洗手。停止雇用卫生标准符合他们来自第三世界国家的人！
