The kids ate the chicken nuggets with the creamy ranch around 6:00 pm and three hours later one started throwing up very sick still sick he cannot hold anything in his stomach, the other kids has a diarrhea and stomach cramps all night. It is a nightmare.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ate there on December 21st, 2017 in West Memphis Arkansas at McDonald's on Petro Rd. Last night around 11pm i ordered 2 quarter pounders about 5 minutes after i ate i became extremely sick throwing up first turning into diarrhea and not to mention I'm 32wks… 更多

It's my two sons 1 year old and 5 year old. Are chicken nuggets about 11/12 today at mcdonalds green lane rock ferry and my kids are being sick and only the chicken nuggets are coming up. I want to put a complaint in about this .  | 症状: 呕吐
